概要
RClamp01021ZC is an ultra-low capacitance “FemtoClamp®” ESD protection device specifically designed to protect high-speed differential lines. It offers desirable characteristics for board-level protection, including fast response time, low operating voltage, and low clamping voltage. RClamp01021ZC features extremely good ESD protection characteristics, highlighted by a low ESD clamping voltage and a high ESD withstand voltage per IEC 61000-4-2 (±10kV contact and ±15kV air). The RClamp01021ZC has a typical capacitance of 0.19pF, allowing it to be used on high speed lines such as USB 3.1 and Thunderbolt 3. Each device will protect one high-speed data line. RClamp01021ZC is in a 2-pin DFN 0.60 x 0.30 x 0.25mm package. The small package gives the designer the flexibility to protect single lines in applications where arrays are not practical.Features
